We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the payment identifier you register — for example, your UPI handle or Paytm-linked mobile number. We also log device type and IP address for security purposes each time you log in.

Payment data is shared only with the payment processor completing your transaction — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe as applicable. We pass only what each provider requires to clear the transfer. We never share payment identifiers with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

After you close your account, we retain transaction and identity records for the period required by applicable financial and data law. Once that window ends, all remaining personal data is permanently deleted or fully anonymised — whichever is technically appropriate.
